Having spent the past two weeks attending screenings for The Film Society of Lincoln Center/MOMA’s 35th annual New Directors/New Films series, I’ve written thousands of critical words but somehow failed to update this site. Well, no more. Here are links to 17 (!!!) new reviews from the past 14 days, the most positive one being for the distributor-less Old Joy.
And starting this week, expect regular, timely updates (including a review of Spike Lee’s Inside Man). I promise.

One response to “Picking Up the Slack”
Finally caught Old Joy last night (I hadn’t realized it was distributor-less at first). It’s too bad it was already at the end of it’s run because I don’t feel I can do it justice without another sit-down. That’s one more to help make 2006 a slightly less disappointing year.
